These Terms of Service describe the use of the JAALIM online store and purchases made through it. In these terms, “JAALIM”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order under the law that applies to you. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep any account login details secure.

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its security or operation, misuse another person’s information, upload malicious software or infringe another person’s rights.

Products and availability

Check the selected product, size, variant, quantity and product description before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Product availability and the information displayed on the store may change.

If a description, price or availability appears incorrect, contact us so that we can clarify it. These terms do not remove your rights where a product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Prices and checkout

Review the currency, product price, shipping charges and any taxes displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. The checkout shows the payment methods available for your order.

Please retain your order confirmation and contact us if you notice an error or an unexpected charge. Never send complete payment-card details by email or through the contact form.

Orders and delivery

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you need to correct an order or address, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether a change can be made depends on the status of the order and your applicable rights.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

For a return, exchange or cancellation request, email help@jaalim.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For a faulty or incorrect item, include the relevant details so that we can investigate.

Any return, cancellation, refund or other remedy must respect the consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights or creates a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed. You can also visit Your Privacy Choices where applicable.

The store may link to third-party websites or services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those services. Review them before providing information or completing a transaction outside this store.

Content and intellectual property

Use store content only as permitted by applicable law and the rights holder. These terms do not grant a licence to reproduce or commercially exploit protected content, trade marks or designs.

If you send a review, image or other material to us, ensure that you are entitled to share it and that it does not disclose someone else’s private information or infringe their rights.
